CHOOSE FROM 3 GREAT WAYS TO EXPLORE THE MUSEUM
1. Self-guided Tour (Approx. 90 Minutes)
Explore the museum in your own time and at your own pace. You should allow yourself about 90 minutes for this type of tour and, remember, you can always take a break for lunch or a tea or coffee and pop back later if you wish.
2. Self-guided with Audio Guides (Approx. 90 Minutes)
Want some extra guidance and commentary as you explore the museum? You can pick up an Audio Guide from the ticket desk for an extra €2pp. These are available in: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. Our new Museum & Audio App is available to download for FREE on the App Store (for iPhone) and Google Play (for Android mobile and tablets) and is available in multiple languages. We recommend that you allow approximately 90 minutes for this type of visit.
3. Guided Tour (Approx. 60 Minutes)
If your group would like a more in-depth visit, you can book a Guided Tour with one of our EPIC Tour Guides for an additional €45. The minimum group size for a guided tour is 10 people and the maximum is 20. Our private guided tour lasts approximately 60 minutes and your group can explore the museum at their leisure after their guided tour.

Explore your Irish roots with our genealogy experts in the Irish Family History Centre. Having traced the Irish roots of celebrities like Bruce Springsteen, Meryl Streep and Tom Cruise, the IFHC (operated by Eneclann) helps visitors uncover their Irish ancestors and unearth their own unique family story. They also offer group talks on a range of exciting topics, from an introduction to genealogy to researching WWI ancestors!
