Delivered via zoom, kids will be introduced to the history behind exploration and travel, before being encouraged to use their ingenuity to complete tasks such as making their own boat, designing the surface of the moon, and discovering animal tracks, all out of whatever materials and objects they can find at home! The summer camp is supported by a range of online ‘history-at-home’ resource packs.
With 5 different themed workshops, tickets can be purchased for 1 or 5 day sessions. Prices start from €5.00 for 1 workshop, €15.00 for 5 or avail of our special family ticket for €40.00 which includes entry to EPIC along with all 5 workshops. The camp will run Monday – Friday, with a one-hour daily Zoom workshop from 10am – 11am, followed by 2-hours of online support for unsupervised family activities to take place between 11am – 1pm.
