Welcome back Tiny Tots to an interactive storytelling experience at EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum!
Meet EPIC’s famous figures in these workshops suitable for children 3 – 6 years old. This month, come along with Grá the Valentine’s Day fairy on a special journey, to discover how love is celebrated all around the world. Together, we will learn all about love festivals from South Korea to Ghana, sing love-songs, smell the beautiful scents of St. Valentine’s day flowers, explore symbols of love, like the Irish Claddagh Ring, all while learning about EPIC’s famous figures along the way. From Anne Bonny, the pirate-queen of the Caribbean, who found love while sailing the seven seas, to Jack B. Yeats, the famous Irish painter, who fell in love with and married a fellow artist!
This is a special sensory, immersive workshop in which parents and children will work together to bring the magic of the story to life – creating, making, interacting, singing, acting and experimenting along the way. As part of the session, tots will create a finger-painting of their loved ones to bring home with them. Each ticket is for 1 child, and includes a space for 1 adult to accompany them. If additional spaces are required, please book additional tickets (per child), or book an EPIC general entry ticket for an additional adult. Check in for this event is at the EPIC reception desk.
