Ready to explore the world alongside some amazing Irish emigrants… in Irish? Join EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum for our first Explorers workshop As Gaeilge!

In this workshop we will be exploring SESE and STEM relevant-topics such as the Great Irish Famine and WW2 while completing a range of sensory and arts activities. Your class will travel through time and space as they encounter characters from our History-at-home packs and more  as they around the world journey. Create a painting alongside Jack Butler Yeats in Ireland, travel alongside Thomas Quinn on a coffin ship, explore snow with Ernest Shackleton in Antarctica, and learn how to code with Kay McNulty in America, among more!

Materials required for this workshop: Paper, art materials of choice (markers, crayons, or colouring pencils, etc.)

IMPORTANT

This workshop is designed for Primary School level students, and is offered at a reduced rate of €25.00 euro per booking. It is suitable for both school and home school students. Special rates available for home school students, contact us for details. Please do not journey to EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum for this session.

This workshop will be offered as either a remote in class or at home learning session, depending on government guidelines.
