Where are you from in Ireland?
What country are you teaching in?
What is the name of your school?
The University of Edinburgh
What’s the best thing about where you live now?
The convenience of Edinburgh city- my commute from Clondalkin to Dublin city centre used to be anywhere from 45-80 minutes, now it’s just 22 minutes door to door! And after living in Sicily and India, it’s glorious having the Celtic connection once again.
Name 3 things you miss from home
Galway city on a Friday night
What do you think makes a great teacher?
Being on the same level as your students (treating them with the same respect you receive), complete patience and understanding, incessant energy and enthusiasm… and all that covered in a layer of pure Irish wit!
