At EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum, our Education Programme is built to enrich classroom learning by deepening students’ understanding of Irish heritage and the history of emigration. Through engaging school tours, interactive workshops, and creative resources, we connect Ireland’s past to global themes of migration, identity, and cultural exchange.
Our approach encourages learners to think critically, question historical narratives, and engage meaningfully with diverse perspectives, while also inspiring a genuine enthusiasm for history and culture. By combining storytelling with hands-on activities, we offer teachers a dynamic way to support cross-curricular learning and give students an experience that is both educational and memorable.

Our Latest Exhibition
As Ireland assumes the EU presidency in 2026, this new multimedia exhibition explores how a small island nation has extended its influence across Europe, and how Europe, in turn, has profoundly shaped modern Ireland.
With Ireland unlikely to hold the Presidency again for many years, this is a rare opportunity to teach your students about the importance of this honour.
